Provide technical writing services in support of the Department of Veteranís Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FCS). Create and maintain documentation (process work flows, standard operating procedures, user guides, data dictionaries, etc.). Maintain archives of project documentation. Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and any other customer deliverables and documents. Gather, analyze, and compose technical information. Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology. Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and nontechnical personnel.
|Qualifications:||Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline, english, journalism, etc. .|
Secret Clearance required.
3-5 years of relevant technical experience required.
